We now have computers at the Library to help you with job searches. These computers use CAREER CRUISING software to explore options, write resumes, and more. We also have a printer/scanner to use. These programs are a gift of the Rotary Club of Fitchburg and the Staples Foundation. Click on the CAREERS link to learn more.
Don't forget to visit the Book Sale each first Monday of the month, from Noon to 7 p.m. Your purchases supports the Friends of the Fitchburg Public Library. This time of year, you may find some good things to read on long, winter nights. The new upcoming dates are March 4, 2013, April 1, 2013, May 6, 2013, June 3, 2013 and July 1, 2013.
On May 16, we will be screening the film Make Way for Tomorrow (1937). The discussion will be led by two Fitchburg State University professors. The film begins at 7 p.m.

You can learn Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, and even Sign Language. People who want to improve their English can also use it.
